Administrative Services is responsible for the Town's financial operations,
meeting the short and long-term support needs of the Town at large
and other operating departments specifically. The Administration
staff is located in the Town Office at 5600 - 49 Street, Beaumont.
Human Resources is responsible for all procedures related to
the Town's payroll and staff benefits, as well as development
and adherence to the personnel policy. Employment

Accounting Services provides the accounting services for all
Town departments, as well as preparation of financial statements,
payroll and human resources services, utilities, property assessment
and tax collection, administration of Town funds, financial analysis,
and coordination of the annual budget process.
Office Services provides secretarial and clerical support to meet the needs of all the Town's departments; provides knowledgeable first contacts with customers of the Town; provides Town sign bookings, facility bookings, program registrations, sale of licenses and permits, election services, annual census, and functions associated with the Office of the Municipal Secretary.
